Behind the Name
I always like to have meaning or a purpose behind even trivial elements of my life, which this time included the address for my blog. I searched for what seemed fitting both for me as a person and a future world traveler, as well as the whole point of the blog. So, I finally realized that only one person is truly capable of accomplishing all of this, and that is my buddy Shakespeare, who said in Hamlet:
"What a piece of work is a man, how noble in reason, how infinite in faculties, in form and moving how express and admirable, in action how like an angel, in apprehension how like a god: the beauty of the world, the paragon of animals!"
I consider myself one of these great pieces of work, and all those closest to me, and all those I have yet to meet.

I just wanted to be the first person to say I know you will have a WONDERFUL time on your trip. This will be an experience that you will never forget and will be able to treasure forever. I know you will come back with so much to share and you will have grown tremendously! You are a GREAT friend! I if I don't get the RA postion I would love to room with you and if I do, I would still love to maybe room our senior year. Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you for the Christmas card and that I hope you have an amazing time traveling. Take lots and lots of pictures and have fun!! :)
